Shipping Policy
All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. We are happy to assist our customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase. Please email info@inooku.com with any inquiries.

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within the ship window specified on its respective product page, and all ship windows are measured from the next business day after an order is placed. Please note that certain pieces may have different ship windows, and all ship windows specified are estimates only. While we aim to ship your order within the stated ship windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@inooku.com.

GREECE

We offer free standard shipping for delivery in Greece using ACS. The estimated delivery time (3 to 5 days) may differ since all the products are handmade in our studio.

Athens

Store Pick-up is available only for Athens. Please inform us of the specific day and time so we can arrange an appointment.

EUROPE
​
All orders to Europe are shipped via Hellenic Post.
Shipping Cost (25euros) and Estimated delivery time up to 7-10 working days.

WORLDWIDE
​
We offer worldwide shipping via Hellenic Post
Shipping Cost (28euros) and Estimated delivery time 10-15 working days.

Inooku is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

Return &
Exchange Policy
All sales on INOOKU are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@inooku.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days after you receive the item.
The item must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear, or have been altered in any way. It must be returned in its original packaging. Please notice that custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged.

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email info@inooku within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
